Please plan for 90 minutes to 2 hours to complete the meditations and discussion. Please wear comfortable clothing so that you can relax and stretch out. I find that kyanite facilitates meditation so if you don’t have a kyanite piece or pendant already you may want to come early to purchase your own piece at the shop.
