Vendors are required to be set up by show opening and remain for the entirety of the show, no packing up early. Set - up starts 1 hr prior to show start and vendors should be packed up no later than 1 hr after show ending. Vendors are responsible for treating the venue with respect. Any damages will be the responsibility of the individual vendor. Vendors are responsible for any personal property, any loss or damages to property and cannot hold Purple Lotus Productions or the venue liable. Vendors are responsible for any and all financial interactions with individual customers including but not limited to disputes. Vendors are responsible for all required licensing. Lectures - If you would like to be considered for a lecture spot please include your desired lecture topic below. Lecture spots are assigned based on a number of factors and are at the sole discretion of Purple Lotus Productions. Lecture assignments are announced approximately 2 months prior to the event. If you would like to do a lecture at multiple Expo's you must have different topics for each Expo. This allows a variety of learning options for our guests. Please indicate below which topics for which dates you would like to present.
