Vendors are expected to be set up by show opening and remain for the entirety of the show, no packing up early. Set - up starts 1 hr prior to show start and vendors should be packed up no later than 1 hr after show ending. Vendors are responsible for treating the venue with respect. Any damages will be the responsibility of the individual vendor. Vendors are responsible for any personal property, any loss or damages to property and cannot hold Purple Lotus Productions or the venue liable. Vendors are responsible for any and all financial interactions with individual customers including but not limited to disputes. Vendors are responsible for all required licensing.
